When ever we operate 3ds max command panel is the most important part part to operate it. When ever we use a modifier or any other option in the command panel when we scroll down if there is an option in between , it gets automatically scrolled and the values get changed.
It also happend on any pop windows that opens.
For example - If someone is changing the render setting
If we scroll down the filters when we are scrolling it will automatically select the filters option an insted of scrolling down all the options it starts changing the filters.
So please look into that.
