Good day!
I apologize in advance for my English.
In my opinion, the 3DS Max interface is overloaded due to duplicate functions. And those functions that I would like to have at hand for quick access are hidden in various submenus and drop-down lists. For example, Graphite Panel. It takes up quite a lot of space when unfolded. But if you are not working with Edit Poly geometry it is almost completely non-functional. Tools presented on it are part of the Edit Poly modifier. But on the modifier panel, many functions are simply not presented.
- Therefore, the first suggestion is to transfer the missing functions from the Graphite panel’s Modeling and Freeform tabs to the modifier.

- Various tools for selecting and manipulating objects are distributed throughout the 3DS Max interface. I propose to unify and collect them in one place under the general name Transform tools. They, in turn, must be divided into two groups.
- Group-1: Common purpose tools. There can include tools such as “Select”, “Move”, “Rotate”, “Scale”, Brushes and their settings and etc.
- Group-2: Context-sensitive selection tools (Depends on the selected modifier). This group contains various tools for selecting sub-objects from the highlighted modifier. For example: From Edith Poly, selection of the sub objects levels, different methods of selecting edge loops, meshes and etc.

I would be interested to hear your opinion.
