Please make version switching easier

I recently opened some of my university work which I had opened in Max but a few days before-hand to find that it couldn't be loaded due to my version apparently now being one step down (20000). I hadn't done anything to switch the versions, I haven't changed anything about Max at all, but it's apparently just decided to revert to an older version than 21000, which was apparently the version I was using to make the file in the first place. A feature to switch through installed versions of Max integrated into the editor would be nice to prevent this sort of thing from happening, since I now have absolutely no idea how to get my file back.

Yeah this would save so much time... Something like Unity hub where you can select a version or have a preferred version auto load into. Given that Zync rendering farms only support up to Max 2018 I run two versions 18 and 19 but every time I forget and double click on a 2019 Max file it opens in 2018. Feels really dumb as to why it does this.
