Please, make 3d max compatible with Windows contrast themes

I can't tolerate W10 default theme, both aesthetically and  eye safe. It hurt my eyes by its blinding white backgrounds in file dialogs.   But once I switch ot any contrast theme or anything looking like old classic Windows with  light gray backgrounds  it instantly causes problems in 3d max and after its initial installation in some other soft too, like Zbrush.   

  I no more able to see right click menu in file dialogs so unable to change file sorting, get rid of annoying file grouping, make a new folder etc.   It worked perfectly ok in win7 and win8 and I am on a brink of getting rid of win10 altogether and installing some ancient Windows instead.    The bug is so annoying  really.

This menu problem actually more about Windows 10 UI than 3ds max for that matter (because it widely known in theme/skin creator community, and it occurs in Open/Save dialogue of many software, not just 3Ds max in highcontrast theme mode). There's a fix you can try this method (registering a 3rd *.dll which made to set menu proper)
