PLEASE FIX VERSION TO VERSION UI TRANSFER AND BUGS!!!!

Why is it every f*****g time I have to reinstall max and import my old UI (load custom UI scheme), all of the selection boxes go BLANK (such as pivot options and layers). EVERY TIME! And then I have to work out how to fix it. It's such an annoying bug.

Why is it every time I have to reinstall, move to new PC or install new version...I have to redo my modifier sets? Why can't it just save them like it saves everything else in the UI?

Please fix these really annoying, tedious and laborious bugs/missing feature once and for all.

What MAX REALLY needs is just a simple import settings options, when you load 3ds max for the first time, that you have option of importing. and it'll just load EVERYTHING from previous version, UI, modifier sets, shortcuts and hell, even plugins/scripts. A tick box of what to import atleast.
