New spline primitive: Pole spline / Straight line

Hi!

In many cases it would be helpful to have a simple parametric line with a lenght parameter that can be typed in. Making poles, bars, piles, profiles, etc. by using Renderable Spline, Sweep, etc.

Here you go, the Oriented Line primitive allows you to do just that (there are two files, you want orientedLineWithLength.ms).
