MAXScript: New Function to Detect Topology Dependent Modifier

I'd like a new MAXScript function:

 

isModifierTopologyDependent <modifier> : returns true if the modifier is topology dependent, false otherwise.

 

If this is already possible via MAXScript, I'd like to know.
