Make the render elements dialog only as big as it needs to be. I don't want to scroll all the way down to tweak render elements.

Oh look, I only have two elements, I just want to change one.... so I am goign to have to scroll all the way past thhat needlessly empty space.

It has sideways scroll but not vertical scroll?

Please make this box smaller and only expand as elements are added.
