Make the floating edit poly tools icons clearer

What is this nonsense? It looks like a dog's dinner.

I know when you all designed these icons it felt good and minimal - but it's not working.

Just have like:

Amount: 99   []

Segments: 99   []

Edge end bias: 99   []

etc

In no way are the icons for "edge end bias" "edge radial bias etc. self explanatory or clear.

Just use words.

There is no need to save so much space for nothing.

Our screens are massive, we're looking at one tiny area when we perform these operations - I feel like 9 times out of 10 I am just figuring out what icon is what. when though I have been using Max for longer than most of these icons and operations have existed.

They are tiny, almost monochromatic and they don't indicate what they do clearly and unambiguously.

I know it feels nice to think you can do everything with icons, but you can't. This is high end, complex  3d graphics work.

I don't really feel that we need to save so much screen real-estate - especially in this day and age.

Yeah, that kind of layout.

It could be a little nicer... but, yeah!

But this is already in max.
If you turn off caddys.

What do you mean "It's  already in max?" - I never said I didn't want caddies, I said I wanted them organised better - because right now the icons are small gibberish, and there's no real reason to save that much space.

It's an idea that sounds cool in a meeting, but in practice is irritating.
