Make render settings dialog open instantaneously

When the render settings dialog button is pressed, it takes 4 seconds for the dialog to appear. This should be instantaneous. It used to be. It's not now.

Which version are you using?

I;m using 2022.2 with Arnold. It takes less than second.

We are running 2020 in production but I'm testing 2022.2 and it's the same on both.
Running a 24 core Threadripper with 64GB RAM.

I thought the problem could have been caused by the Deadline render manager integration, but I haven't installed it on 2022.2.
