I can really vote for this.

So many times I have had the need to just copy a section of keyframes and paste it to a track belonging to another object.

Extremely handy just to copy the keys and have them pasted relative to the time marker on another track belonging to another object, with value and tangents as copied. And as mentioned in another suggestion, the ability to also copy and paste tangents only would be very handy since I always lacked the ability to manipulate tangents on many different curves at once.

are you telling me that this isn't a current option? It used to be. What happened?

Please, please get this figured out. Copying keyframes from one objects to another is such a pain for something that sounds so simple. It would be nice if we could do similar to what other packages do here, or even After Effects, being able to copy keyframes from any part into another, whether its movement, rotation, opacity, etc.
