[Keyboard shortcuts] Fix shift + Numpad keys negating numlock (i.e. Shift + Num + 7 =/= "Home")

[Keyboard shortcuts] Fix shift + Numpad keys negating numlock (i.e. Shift + Num + 7 =/= "Home")

Currently, the numlock function is negated when using the shift button on any of the Numpad keys. This takes away a lot of useful shortcut combinations, instead, shift should be a viable modifier key for Numpad keys, so that instead of transforming the key to their secondary function, it would be Shift + Num + [number key or "."].

Not to mention, any keyboard with a numpad already has arrow keys and dedicated Home, End, PgUp, PgDown and Delelete keys, even on laptops.
