Having to to change you attention (and alt tabbing) to a video or a PDF tutorial makes us lose concentration and productivity, therefore we learn less. That's why I'm proposing a creation of a tool that allow you to create a tutorial inside the software.
This tool will allow you to highlight, record mouse movement or keyboard strokes. With those things in mind, the tutorial will show for the learners where exactly is every step of the tutorial and what he should do. As well as a video tutorial in each tool when you mouse over a specific tool. It will be a good help for beginners, who are lost in the interface and for more advanced user who want to learn more.
