Hotkey editor - Visual key usage display (like Maya)

I'm surprised this is not on the ideasboard yet, I'd like to see a keyboard visual of all the hotkeys that have currently been assigned. This way I can see which combinations are still available to me, without having to go through the process of trial and error to find an open key combination.
