extrude

I always have to erase the faces to be able to extrude and then I have to close them, why do not they do it like maya or blender - in the front view or top view 

all the work that has to be done to extrude a circle

Siempre me toca borrar las caras para poder extruir y después me toca cerrarlas por qué no lo hacen como maya o blender mucho mas rapido

the shift I would not like to touch it is very used can assign ctrl + drag to extrude or insert

@Anonymous I think this has been fixed. I dont get internal faces when doing these kind of extrudes
