Extrude to Cursor / Extrude to Click

I would love to have an Extrusion tool that imitates this behavior:

Yes, I've recently started learning 2.80 and this is a great feature. Also, the ability to extrude spline verts and vertices of a mesh is brilliant.

This is a so time-consuming action especially when modeling from references. Extruding and rotating repeatedly can add up at the end. of your work. Not sure if extrude to click is the ultimate solution to this but it does the job when your extrude direction is not multiplanar.
