I've recently had a baby and during my time off on paternity leave, I took to learning some Blender, because why not? And one thing I was left desperately wanting for 3ds max after doing some modelling in Max was their vert connect functionality. Please observe.
Blenders connect vert to vert functionality.
See how, despite there being an edge separating each vert from one-another, connecting them still works and adds an additional vert to the connecting vertical edge. This works even when there are multiple edges between two points.
I think this would really help with modelling a lot in max. It makes things that much easier. Honestly, it feels amazing to do this and feels odd that we dont have this in max.
How about it?
