I use 3dmax on a Dell monitor turned to portait. This is fantastic for me, as a character artist, and 3dsmax actually works really well in that format. Bravo.
However, the enhanced menus do not crunch down well. It uses the first few letters and '...' rather than tiling like the regular main menu.
(BTW This throws up the amusing 'lighting ****...' option.)
