Empty Gizmo Modifier

Hi!

It would be very useful to have a Modifier which contains only a Gizmo. A box and center (like Bend). The modifer does NOTHING by default, but the Position, Rotation and Scale of the Gizmo(s) can be used to drive Wire Parameters or Script Controllers.

A rigging and animation tool.
