We need the option to disable the Startup Failure Detection feature. In the context of a studio, this feature is unwanted. It has no good possible outcome (better that IT help troubleshoot issues and reset the user's preferences if needed) and only bad outcomes where users press the wrong button and lose their preferences. Or in most cases, it is just more un-necessary popup spam between the user and getting on with work.
