Deleting layers

Just allow people to delete layers. 

that simple. 

It shouldn't matter what's in the layer, provide a warning, then allow the layer to be deleted.

and please delete the sublayers as well, like every other goddamn 3d software.

Select desired layers in the Layer Manager - right click over the Layer Manager - Delete Layers And All Children.
