Convert XRef Scene loading to a background process so users can still work.

It's quite normal for us to use a lot of XRef scenes to help make our master files lighter and reduce repeat work of updating the same building model across 5 different files.

 

The problem is that we've also noticed that having lots of XRefs seems to drastically slow down file load times meaning that in can take a long time between hitting "load" and the file actually being ready to use.

 

It would be great if the max file was usable whilst things were loading and the xrefs "pop" into view systematically as they are loaded, rather than max being "stuck" until all files had finished loading.

Do same for AutoBack files.

I was tempted to add this in but there's always quite an extensive thread on the subject of autoback files
