change Reaction states order _ in _ Reaction Manager.
a button , which will move states order(listing) Up or Dawn.

look

imagine I created reaction morphing
for morph targets 1,2,3

now

after setup
I realize that order of creation transition I defined from 2,1,3 in respective values for (1 = 0), (2 = 0.5), (3 = 1)

now reaction moping transition from 0 to 1 is happening from morph target 2 to 1

but the order should be 1 2 3

and if it's not, it's giving a jumping bug in deformation

and recreate reaction in correct order
