Chamfer modifier should work like Chamfer-tool

The EditPoly's Chamfer-tool works on corner edges AND edges on a flat surface. Unfortunately the Chamfer-modifier does not do the latter - edges on flat surfaces are not affected. That must be changed!

Hi.
It does, down at the button in the chamfer modifier list is the option "Filter by" just turn off Min. Angle, or lower it.

Oh, nice! Would have been a good idea to have the same defaults in both Chamfers but...
Thanks for this!

Chamfer Mod has a "Min Angle" option that is on by default which stops the chamfer from being applied to edges who have neighboring faces less than the angle number specified (default in Chamfer mod is 20). Turning off this option gives the result that you seek. If you want this behavior to be default, you can use the Chamfer modifier UI to create a new default preset.
