Bring Back Old Subobject Highlight

Bring Back Old Subobject Highlight

Before 2017, there was a separate highlight color for subobject level and object level of a modifier. Now that's gone and I find it rather confusing since it's hard to tell at a glance if the modifier is inactive (when you click outside any modifier, the highlight is gone completely) or in subobject level. Compare gmax, max 2016 and 2017:

IMO this was a good change. Because using different colors for Object/Subobject states can lead to ambiguity since these colors can be changed. Now, and your gifs shows quite clearly, when in subobject mode there's just an outline and no color. So it doesn't matter the theme one might be using, when in subobject level it will always look the same.
