Base problems with 3dsmax!!! When???

Have a nice day! Can i ask you something? When will you to fix the base bugs in the 3dsmax? From version to version these errors are the same. Errors with coordinate system. It`s terrible. It`s the base problem. I`m not the first man who tells you about this. I know that. Nothing changes. Or you can do only draw the new icons for new versions? It`s the shame. What do you think about it?
