When I enter 3ds max into my start menu search field I get the option to use every modern langueage in existance. No other program I have does this. There is no need for it.
Either set the language at install or just read it from the OS settings. If the user needs to change the language at a later time (this need has never arisen in our studio and we emply at least 4 people from non english speaking countries) provide a drop down menu.
