this should work similar to the way nuke implemented this where you can just import the nuke python module in standalone scripts and get the full power of nuke without having to resort to call cmdline nuke and inject a script or the likes.
Essentially i'd like to be able to do "import pymxs" and "import MaxPlus" in a python script and when run using Max's bundled interpreter
it would load max headless in the back and give me the full power of 3d Studio Max in a python script.
This would complement the new -batch mode that was introduced with 2018.2
