Hey. Why not make available by subscription all the early versions that are available from the moment the subscriptions were introduced? For example, from 2015 and up. Even if they don't get updates and fixes. On older versions, you can find plugins that are not available at all for newer ones, and this is one of the problems why I personally do not like that autodesk removes access to earlier versions.
