Add variation to Arnold light type gizmos to better manage scenes

Simple ask for Arnold lights. Please add more viewport options for Arnold lights. 

If I have a complex scene with a lot of lights they kind of take over the viewport and it becomes difficult to manage. 

- Fixed size option

-Option to Turn off yellow sphere part and leave just the quad shape for example.

yup the attention to this little annoying details make s alot of difference.
