Add Preserve Volume to Relax

Similar to Mudbox, add a Preserve Volume option both to the Relax brush, Relax tool in Editable Poly and Relax modifier.

In the Freeform-Tab use the Relax brush. Hold down ALT to prevent the mesh from shrinking.

There is a previewed Relax modifier with the volume preserving feature on 3ds Max Public Roadmap | Autodesk

It seems Autodesk is up on something  with all the brush tools as well in fact. On 3ds Max Updated Public roadmap at the Artist Experiences there is a new item called Brush tools. There is a brush tools panel that seems identical with Mudbox one. The details of this Future feature  are not very enlightening: Consolidate and improve brush tools inside 3ds Max. The brush tools in 3ds Max are inconsistent. Man pls better not be just a port of the Mudbox core like in Maya without all the power features of Mudbox !

The modifier implementation is now accepted. The brush and editable poly aspects may come in the future.

"Preserve Volume

When enabled, tries to maintain the original shape while relaxing the mesh.

This option is useful when cleaning up meshes with undesirable small surface details. Reducing such 'noisy' data can also improve the processing time of the Autodesk Retopology Tools for 3ds Max."

I still think this idea should be  edited and keep opened for the Relax Brush tool a spart of Edit Poly tools.
