Add Keyboard Settings to Manage Workspaces

I can't remember how the Manage Workspaces interface used to look before the new keyboard shortcut system was introduced, but in any case it feels like the keyboard shortcuts are left out of Manage Workspaces for no reason. Sometimes users wish to switch Workspaces only to change to an alternative set keyboard shortcuts, and the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of your main screen is a very convenient way to switch UI.

I know it's possible to run script files with actionman.loadKeyboardFile and point to the new .hsx files, but this workaround is not at all user friendly. I strongly think keyboard shortcuts should be part of the native interface and not depend on external script file solutions.
