Add a "Clear All Channels" checkbox to the "UVW Mapping Clear" modifier

Currently the  "UVW Mapping Clear" modifier requires to specify a specific channel to clear

For quick removal of all UV channels, a "Clear All Channels" checkbox would be helpful
