3ds Installer Error fix.

So I'm not sure if it's a common problem or whether it was just my PC, but I had error's every single time I tried to install 3Ds Max. 

I tried multple ways of installing (virtual agent included), but nothing worked.

The fix was to install .NET Framework Runtime 4.6.2 then run the installer.

It seems the installer isn't capable of installing it on its own.

This has been fixed and even so is not something related to the product team directly as the installer is provided by a different team.
