Xaml parse error 3ds max 2015 and 2016

I am phased with this problem:

 

Error parsing Xaml file: Hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. Line 1, position 1.

 

Please help i have an assignment that need sto be completed by 18 Feb
