Weird pivot/axis behavior on mouse hovering

I'm having the following issue with 3dsMax 2023, pretty much in every scene, appearing at random times.
Though once a scene is affected by the bug, it stays affected.
Fresh install, new scene, View working pivot.

Any ideas ?
Am I the only one with this problem ?
