weird arrow for my picker tool and cant move my model

All the sudden i got this weird arrow for my picker tool and cant move my model i must have hit some button my mistake anyone no how to fix this..

Seems my  pivot point is on and cant seem to turn it off the buttons are not highlighted and cant press them..

Please any help..
