Walkthrough navigation doesn't function

Hi guys,

Could you please help me with Walkthrough navigation problem.  This function can't be activated by the up-arrow key, the icon doesn't come up at all. There is only Palm button (pan) available, this has happened when the scene became heavier and after loading in smth. Keyboard shortcut override toggle doesn't help...

if you click on hold the pan tool you will get another fly out that will turn into 2 footstep  feets, and then use the arrow keys, make sure you are not use the numeric keypad (the keypad with number on them) because that is the wrong arrow keys.

make sure you have the lastest service pack and hotfix installed.

if this doesn't work try  reset your UI back to default
