visibility of objects dissapears while panning

after I save projects then the next time I open them in perspective mode the objects tend to loose visibility of start missing some polygons.How do I prevent this error.Its slowing down my progress.

Please post a screenshot of what you see in the viewport when you open the file again.  There can be a number of possible explanations including viewport clipping (depending on how closely zoomed to the object you are), but the screenshot should help narrow this down.
