Vray, Forestpack and Railclone Toolbars in Max 2018-2020

Hi there, I´ve tried the latest versions of Max, since 2018 the behavior of the toolbars have been changed and there is a big issue with V-Ray, Railclone & Forestpack, every single time that Max is opened, the toolbars resets to it´s original position and all the changes that I made (changing icons, order, adding scripts) are lost, I´ve tried everything I know, changing the ENU files, resetting the ENU, creating workspaces doesn't work either, I've all permissions on windows, there are no files in readmode. Don't know what to do. Hope u guys can help.

Im using Max 2020.1 on Windows 10 x64 with all plugins updated

1 - set everything as you want

2 - save the file with a filename MAXSTART and save it to your Documents/3ds Max/scene
