Viewport Gray when opening 3ds Max

Hello, this is my first topic in the forum. I'm a bit overwhelmed because I opened 3ds Max 2025 as I always do and turns out the viewport shows in gray and cant see anything, even the above text where I'm supposed to change between viewport modes (wireframe, clay, shaded...) doesn't show. However I can model and create objects, even select them on the outliner, but can not see them, on new files and also on existing files. My graphic card is supposed to be working as usual, and also tried changing the display driver but nothing changes.

Anyone had the same problem?

Would be so thankful if someone helps!

seems you open max with null drive , change to dx11
use Change Graphics Mode in start menu or from viewports tab in preference settings dialog

There is also a "Change Graphics Mode - 3ds Max 2025" shortcut in the Windows menu that allows you to change to a different viewport driver.
