vertex problem

hi, so i made a knight chess piece and i did all what i am supposed to, however when i finished making it, all these blue dots appeared on the knight, and i don't know how to get rid of them.  here is the picture of my problem. i want to get rid of them.

Select it and exit subobject level.

Alternatively, "vertex ticks" might be checked in the display properties, unchecking it should do the trick if the previous comment doesn't do it.
