Upgrade to design for lighting analysis 2022

Can 3ds max be upgraded to 3ds max design 2022 so the lighting analysis feature can be used?

The lighting analysis tools were part of Mental Ray which is no longer being developed by NVIDIA.  Vray has some lighting analysis, but it's not as good.  Arnold does not have one, as I understand it.
