Unable to create temporary scene file

how do i fix this? this thing came up and all of a sudden it keeps appearing when i'm trying to save my scene file and when the auto backup is starting. i tried to remove my auto back folder and scenes folder so 3ds max can make a new one but it still happening, i also tried this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/3ds-max/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Resett...

but still the same. i also still have 33gb free on drive C:

Hello, just uninstall google drive and all the problems will disappear, I hope this helps other users, I was 3 weeks trying to solve this problem and it was the only thing that worked.
