Is it possible to change the font color of the tool tips? I'm using a fresh install of 3ds max 2019 and as it stands its not possible to read the tool tips because they are white text on a white bubble over more white text.
this should not normally happen, something must be messed up with your UI. try reseting your UI and seee if its fixes the problem. from Customize menu choose Custom UI and Defaults Switcher. on the left category choose Max and on the right choose DefaultUI and finally click on Set. close your Max and reopen it, I guess it should be fine now.
