UI Color Question

I am looking to change the row colors in the Layer Explorer? What area in the Customize User Interface - Colors controls that?.
Also, in the same line of thinking, as anyone every produced a document that explains what controls what for customizing colors in 3DS Max?. For all the extra things I pay for with using Max to make my viz life easier, having a document like that is something I would purchase in a heart beat. I can spend hr in that rabbit hole trying different things.
