tools for listing the Dependency relationship among objects?

Is the toggle "Show Dependencies" the only tool for observing the Dependency relationship among objects? Is it possible to see the relationship in the Scene Explorer or any other panel? Thanks!

Depends on what kind of dependencies you want to see.

Simple child parent relationships easy to see in Scene Explorer (Hierarchy view) and there is the Schematic View for additional display of other things as shown below:
