STEP Importter: Import Name Conflict

Why is there a "Import Name Conflict" dialog while importing a STEP file?!?

There is a object with the same name, ok. But there is no problem with objects with the same name. So why the dialog?

That slow down the import, if there are a few objects with same name 😞

Hello Jens,

FYI:

with the new 2016 version, there will be a "Rename all" option, that will improve the import speed, as you don`t have to click on "Skip" or "OK" for every object with the same name.
