Hi @Anonymous Welcome to the forums! Sorry you're having this issue. It looks like your test resizing setting is too high based on your resolution. It looks like you're on Windows 10. Can you try this and see if it helps?

Right Click and empty space on the desktop

Go to Display Settings

Where it says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items: xx%"

Mine is set at 200% for one display and 150% for the other. You may have to find the one that works for you best. Some instances you may need to log out and back into Windows for all changes to take effect.

Hii

I just tried what you recommended following the instrucctions, and nothing changed in the program still with incomplete parts.

What else could you recommend to do??

Thanks

Hi,

It really does look like you might be running at a scale higher than 200%.  I recommend running at 200% or less.  Also, you must restart your machine or at least sign out in Windows, for any scale changes to take effect on 3ds Max.

Can you let me know your current scale factor?  As you can see in the attached image, my computer is set to 200%.
