Hi everyone !
I recently am having issues with my backburner renderfarm ( 4 rendernodes in a local network ).
We have at our studio 3 licences used by our infographists but recently some of the rendernodes diplay a "device limit reach" dialog and stops rendering.
I tried to follow the steps explained in the following link :
But there is no way to launch a render via backburner without having to connect with the user ID ... I don't understand what's going on because before 2 weeks ago there were no problems and now i can't manage to make my 4 rendernode to render simultaneously.
In the link they say :
-Do the render nodes need 3ds Max licenses?
- 3ds Max copies installed on render nodes should not have the Manager serial number entered, nor should they be launched after installation on the node(s). The network render management software will launch the 3dsmax.exe program on its own.
Do i need to install a licence server or else ? Does anyone has a solution to that issue ?
Thanks in advance !
